How much is the Social Membership at the Sterling Grove Club and is it required? Yes, all Sterling Grove residents are required to become Social Members at the Club. Monthly dues are *$160 per month to live within the community with a onetime *$5,000 initiation fee.
How much is a Golf Membership at the Sterling Grove Club and is it required? Golf Membership is optional at the Club, monthly dues for Golf Membership are *$590, and the one-time, non-refundable, non-equity initiation fee is *$25,000. The initiation fee will increase as memberships sell.
Membership at Sterling Grove Golf + Country Club includes: The primary member, spouse, and children under 25 all living in the same household. Any other individuals living in the home will need to obtain an additional social membership, if available, to enjoy membership privileges.
What are the rates for using the Driving Range at the Sterling Grove? Sterling Grove Golf + Country Club driving range rates are $15 for Sterling Grove residents and $28 for visitors. This includes up to 4 hours use in one day.
What amenities are at the Club? Golf, tennis, pickleball, bocce ball courts, ping-pong tables, 3 pools, resort- style, tranquil-and lap pool, dining, poolside bar and a grab-and-go market. A health and wellness spa and state- of-the-art fitness center and movement studio.
Will private/personal carts be allowed on the course? Yes. Personal carts must be electric, and there will be restrictions on color, type, tires, etc. Annual trail fees are anticipated to be approximately $2,350.
Will there be cart fees for members? Yes. Cart rentals will be $28 per person per round for 18 holes and twilight and $15 for 9 holes. Walking is permitted and personal push or pull carts may be used or may be rented from the Club.
How much are the monthly Sterling Grove HOA Dues? HOA dues are *$465 billed quarterly by CCMC, which comes out to *$155 per month.
Are you allowed to park in the street at Sterling Grove? Sterling Grove residents are required to park on the driveway or in the garage. If you have guests, they can park on the street if there's no room in your driveway after receiving a guest pass at the front gate.
Is the water in the front yards of the homes paid for and the controller operated by the homeowner's association or the homeowner? Homeowners pay their own water bills and control both the front and backyard irrigation system.
Can the monthly dues increase? Yes, dues can increase annually, state statute limits the annual increase amount to no more than 20% from the previous year.
How do guests get into the community through the Sterling Grove front gate entrance? The Sterling Grove Gatehouse is staffed by a Gate Host 24-hours a day, 7 days a week that will welcome your guests to the community, verify the resident they are visiting and give them access.
Who are the contacts for any front yard landscaping questions, issues or common area landscaping questions and issues? The HOA Community Manager will be able to address a multitude of questions for homeowners that include landscaping, assessment payments, violations, etc.
Can you add to the front and backyard landscaping once you close escrow and are flowerpots allowed in the front yards? Yes, you may add plantings to the front and back yards as long as you go through the Architectural Review Committee. Replacement of like trees and shrubs do not require ARC approval. Flowerpots are allowed in the front yards and back yards. Flowerpots in the front yards must be neutral in color and require ARC approval.
